2. The ladder’s working platform is 1.0 m above the ground. Platform dimensions: 600 mm × 740 mm. It is fabricated from 2.0-mm-thick galvanized cold‑rolled steel sheet, which is sheared and bent, then stamped into a “crocodile‑mouth” profile and securely welded to the main structure.
3. The three sides of the work ladder platform that may come into contact with the aircraft shall be fitted with φ47‑mm or larger thick‑walled rubber sleeves, which are secured around the perimeter after drilling. Ladders equipped with guardrails must have protective rubber sleeves covering all areas at the front where contact with the aircraft is possible, to prevent damage to the aircraft.
4. The welding process employs carbon dioxide gas-shielded arc welding.
5. The travel wheels consist of two φ250 iron‑hub polyurethane directional wheels and one φ125 swivel wheel, ensuring both maneuverability during towing and protection against damage caused by substandard wheels, thereby extending the ladder’s service life.
6. Support: A two-point helical screw jack with a support plate is employed to ensure that, when personnel are working on the ladder, it remains safe and stable under the support of its two legs.
