The technology originates from a team at Tianjin Civil Aviation University led by Professor Gao Jian Shu.
Professor Gao Jian Shu holds a doctoral degree and has been employed at Tianjin Civil Aviation University since March 1996. His main research areas include: R&D of special ground equipment for civil aviation, energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies for special vehicles, etc.
He has supervised 20 graduate students and currently has 5 students enrolled. He has published more than 40 papers and has led and participated in key projects of the Civil Aviation Administration of China in the past three years. His main research areas involve special equipment and energy saving and emission reduction, with 9 academic papers published. He currently serves as the chief technology officer of this company, mainly responsible for product R&D.
Tangshan Dehui Aviation Equipment Co., Ltd.
In 2019, in collaboration with Tianjin Civil Aviation University, we successfully completed the "oil-to-electricity" conversion project for baggage tractors and baggage conveyors for Air China. These vehicles, which had been in use by Air China for 15 years, were successfully retrofitted by Tangshan Dehui Aviation Equipment Co., Ltd. and obtained a test report from the National Engineering Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. This contributed to the fight for blue skies.
