Transport rack
The conveyor belt frame size is 8000×880mm, and the two sides are C-shaped structures, which are made of hot-rolled steel plates. The middle is welded and connected by a rectangular tube. The front roller and the rear roller are installed on the front and rear of the frame by bolts, and the supporting rollers are installed in the sheet grooves on the inner side of the frame. The screw can adjust its up and down position (the front and back ends of the conveyor frame are designed with dense high-strength rollers). The oil motor is installed on the inner side of the right side rail of the conveyor frame. The front roller is driven by the chain sprocket and the transmission belt is rotated. Two-stage guardrails are installed on both sides of the conveyor frame to prevent the goods from falling. The conveyor belt is made of Tianjin Sparks, with a width of 700mm , The thickness is 8-12mm. The support at the lower rear of the frame longitudinal beam is connected with the rear lifting frame, and the front end of the frame is mounted on the rollers of the front lifting frame. For example, the front and rear lifting cylinders telescopically move, and the transmission frame longitudinal beam rises and lowers with the lifting frame.
